Very fast response and the Technician Michael was very knowledgeable and prompt on troubleshooting and fixing the problem. He also told me about a yearly maintenance plan that they offer, which I will be getting in the next week or so. Well worth calling them first if you're having any AC issues.
Mr Hunter came out and reviewed my Mini Split install and all is well. Matthew handled himself as a professional answering all my questions. It was refreshing to see a tech with high technical skills.
SA Sloop is awesome. They came out initially for excess condensation buildup coming out of my split unit. After the first tech left, the issue continued. They then sent another technician and the lead tech out to rip the whole system apart and thoroughly check it. They all did an awesome job and I would recommend them 10 fold for anyone needing service!
