“I don't know what we could have done without Beaver Brothers. Ten years previously, another company had set up a solar water heater with two external panels, or collectors, and the water tanks inside a utility room. Two years after installation the pipes froze and someone decided to replace the water with antifreeze. This worked for a while but in the past year the smell of antifreeze spread into the house. A plumber tried to fix the issue but perhaps was not well acquainted with solar systems. Within a few days the system was making the weirdest noises and juddering. Luckily we found the closest solar experts, Beaver Brothers and they came to salvage the system. Their technicians, Russ and Juan, were knowledgeable, efficient and amiable. We have now established a working and maintenance relationship with them and have no hesitation in recommending them for all solar & heating issues.“

After being denied warranty coverage by my homebuilder for a defective nine-year-old heat pump coil—because the unit had not been registered as required, I sought assistance from M&M HVAC, who originally installed both my heat pump and all electrical work in 2017. Mark, the owner, responded promptly and personally inspected my unit. He quickly identified the faulty coil in the air handler and offered to replace it, honoring the expired warranty despite having no obligation to do so.
Within days, Mark and his team of four arrived as scheduled. The replacement coil was installed, recharged, and thoroughly tested within two hours. Additionally, Mark offered to re-level my outdoor compressor which was unrelated to my initial concern.
