I called Gand S and requested a service call. Lined it up for the next day and got a call from Kenny and Jason about an hour later and asked if the could come to my home the same day. Checked out the unit and found the problem and ordered the part/heating element that was needed. Called and installed the element when it arrived. Very nice, prompt, and efficient with their work. Would highly recommend their work to others.
