“These people invented the word professionalism, courtesy, informative, fast service. Seriously. I called them for an issue at my daughters house. They came out next day. The air kept going on, then off for 3 hours, then on again. It was a simple float device getting clogged. They fixed it. The repair person was very nice, knowledgeable, fast, cleaned up after. No problem since. My compressor blew sat night. Sha came out Sunday, tested it, yes blown a/c. $195 evaluation cost on a Sunday. Monday the owner came out for a replacement cost estimate for the whole system. Mine was 17 yrs old. I also called 5 others. ( shhhh.. didn't tell SHa) Four of the others couldn't come out till tues/ wed.. It is the middle of summer and 90 degrees out. One gave me an estimate using the exact same model numbers SHA gave me. They were $5000 more... SAME STUFF. Sha had the product , came the next day, installed the whole system in 6 hours. They also took the evaluation fee $195 off the cost...Cleaned up. No mess. I just received the warranty paperwork and info from the manufacturer. ALREADY filed. SHa did it for us. 12 yr parts and labor... Ill be a lifelong customer & will refer any and all to these great people.... TY Mike & Nancy Troutman“

“I hate that my first interaction with this great company was an emergency and I was a little edgy. Came home from being out of town and both of my systems were out. They sent over Andy at the end of his shift and found out it was a bad blower motor, thank god it was under warranty still. There was some miscommunication on time frame about being able to get the part in but that happens. But it all got settled and they are getting this part installed today 25 July 2023 right before the heat wave hits hard. Great company, the ladies in the front are great and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service. Once the part is installed ill give an update. Thank you Accu-Rite and your location right next to my house makes your company an easy local choice. ?“

“Very pleased! Rich of Fan Man Inc. of Mooresville gave me the best bid for both attic blown-in insulation and crawlspace batting insulation. He also took care of processing the Duke Energy Insulation Rebates for us. The installers did a great job. Two days later the termite inspector did his annual inspection and he remarked that the batting installers "did it right" and was impressed (as was I ) with their level of neatness, precision and attention to detail that made his job easier.“

“Was needing a plumber for my 2 compartment sink. JP's was recommended and an appt. was made. Zach came out, on time, took a look at the sink, said no problem it was an easy fix. My wife was wondering about having a little more done, he again said no problem. Work took him about an hour and 20 minutes to replace all the pipes under the sink and put 2 basket strainers in. Price was ok, but we got a great job done and some peace of mind. If you need someone, call these guys, no pressuring to do other work and Zach was extremely polite and respectful.“
