We woke up this morning to our AC not working. Not only was this my husband’s birthday but it was the HOTTEST day of the year. Scotty arrived to our house quickly after being called and worked so diligently in 95-100 degree weather to ensure we had AC tonight.
I thank God he was able get the part we needed and get us repaired today. Scotty was a true miracle worker! Not only is Scotty very professional but a trustworthy and hard working man. I would recommend Integrity Air Concord to anyone needing maintenance, repairs or a new unit installed. We will definitely use Integrity Air Concord for all our AC needs!
My air went out Tuesday night. Scotty and Steven were out as soon as they could get there the following day. They figured out the problem. Scotty is an honest, hardworking man. I also appreciate that he is a veteran and love to make sure that our veterans are taken care of. Scotty has worked on my units for many years. I gladly give them 5 stars
