Unprofessional... called and the technician answered the phone with hello and not with precise air service can I help you. If ucant start off professionally I dought they'll end like it.

They are nice but they didn't fix my AC problem.they came twice and replaced two parts, but only fix 50% of the problem. at last they want to replace the fans, a most expensive part, so I denied also because I am not going to give them the third chance.My AC works for 5 mins then stops. I can't say it's good.update：I have got another technician to diagnose and found the capacitor they replaced at first time was inccorect. it hurt and ruin the motor and fan.
