My air stopped working during the hottest time of the year ( of course! )
I went by a recommendation from an acquaintance and chose Barnette to come out and take a look. I am so glad I did!
Omar quickly diagnosed the issue and offered solutions that did not involve getting a new system. I told him I was trying to just fix the issue for now. There was absolutely no high-pressure up-selling, just suggestions from him on how to fix it on the cheap.
Unfortunately, the part I needed couldn't be found. Not that Jennifer and the boss didn't try.
I ended up getting a new system installed by Omar and his coworkers and I must say they were absolutely great. Professional, quick, thorough and very friendly.
A good company that does absolutely quality work.
