Great people to deal with. The circuit board burned out on my furnace/ ac unit and they were able to find me a replacement part without any hassle. I have called other HVAC companies and their customer service and price quotes were outrageous. One company was more interested in upselling me a new unit as opposed to starting with the issue. Needless to say, I am glad J Newton Cohen was able to send me a service tech and part in a timely manner to fix my system. Very thankful for their customer service and urgency to my concerns. Will certainly recommend anyone their service in the future.

I called J Newton Cohen to fix the heating units in several rental properties and their service was impeccable. A serviceman was promptly dispatched, the issues were evaluated and service was quickly restored. Every employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
