M&M HVAC and Electrical in Salisbury, NC has exceeded my expectations, earning a 5/5 rating. After being denied warranty coverage by my homebuilder for a defective nine-year-old heat pump coil—because the unit had not been registered as required, I sought assistance from M&M HVAC, who originally installed both my heat pump and all electrical work in 2017. Mark, the owner, responded promptly and personally inspected my unit. He quickly identified the faulty coil in the air handler and offered to replace it, honoring the expired warranty despite having no obligation to do so.

These guys are dependable, honest, and very professional. We replaced our heat pump with a new Trane. Our electric bill has been significantly lower and the inside temperature is better and more comfortable than the past 33 yrs! (Had replaced with another brand 17 yrs ago and was too costly to repair). Would highly recommend these guys!!!Services: Installation
