Chris Brady was the assigned technician. Knowledgeable, efficient, customer oriented.Update: Chris was on emergency callout on 03MAR24. I had an issue with thermostat control of my heat pump. Chris arrived promptly, went to work troubleshooting my issue, solicited advice from a fellow technician (teamwork!!), and came to a successful resolution. Additionally, he performed semiannual preventative maintenance/inspections on both indoor and outdoor units. Chris provided me with detailed notes of all work and inspections performed. Efficient, detail oriented, worksite housekeeping were all ‘top shelf’!!Service: HVAC system maintenance
The service was prompt and and completed correctly and quickly. They also inspected other parts of the heating and air system just to make sure everything was on the up and up.I have been using Air Master Technologies Inc. for over 12 years and have never had anything but prompt and efficient service that is that a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. They are available after hours 24 hours and 7 days a week. Thanks again for keeping me and my two girls warm.
Office called to let me know technician was on his way. Steve diagnosed the problem within minutes and took care of the problem. Steve was extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with.
