“Hardee and the team did an amazing job doing a self-defense staff training for IFC of Carrboro and Chapel Hill. They were so kind and attentive, and really helped us understand the basics. All staff that attended stated how much fun they had. Great team, great location, great atmosphere. I spoke with Hardee personally to get this training for staff and he was so helpful with making it fit for our organization. I highly recommend them!!!!! If I could give more stars I would. My body presents many challenges and Allen has the skills to go strong on me while treating my spine and neck with great awareness I tell my friends to check him out; he is easy to schedule and easy to find.“

“I'm so glad to be able to get back in a gym. I decided to go to a smaller studio vs the big box due to the Virus. This gym is Clean and they are using air purifiers and wiping down the equipment before I used. It made me feel safer.I worked with Bryan on my first session and found him to be very knowledgeable and he understood my goals.I found I had been using some equipment incorrectly. I think this is a good gym for those serious about working out and can use some good professional advice.“

“Working with Valerie was inspiring. She TRULY gets it! She is also a busy mom and fellow sister in the Lord, so she completely understood the demands on my time and gave me tangible ways to incorporate health into my busy lifestyle.She worked with me exactly where I was at that moment in my life and encouraged me to be gentle with myself at a time that I needed it. I didn’t have the time or desire to run so we started with dancing with my daughter as my physical activity. It allowed me time with my daughter AND it was fun for me. Additionally, I was having trouble consistently exercising and eating right with all of the different demands on my life. Coach Valerie gave me very tangible ideas on ways to incorporate exercise throughout the day as well as tips healthy snacking.I am thankful for the time we had together and will use many of the tools she shared with me for years to come.“

“Anna is amazing. She has a deep understanding of how the body works and has been helping me work through my various injures and complaints that have prevented me from exercising much in the past. She just gets how I might change my form or what stretch might help or what muscle group is weak.She's a joy to work with and learn from and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer whether it is the first time (like me) or you have experience with others.“
