Patients appreciate the quick service, efficient appointment process, and kind dental hygienists. Dr. Ivy Shen is highly praised for her knowledge, patience, and ability to clearly answer questions. Patients find their visits to Sunrise Dental to be pleasant and nearly excellent. The latest teeth cleaning technology, PerioLase, is available at all four of their locations. Customers have had great experiences at Sunrise Dental, with timely and thorough appointments. The staff are warm and kind, and patients are in and out quickly with clean teeth. Visitors have described it as a very happy experience, from check-in to check-out. The dental hygienist assistant, dental hygienist, and dentist work together as an organized team, advising patients on their dental health and educating them on cleaning tips. Dr. Harp (DDS) and Daphne (Dental Assistant) are the dream team. They work together seamlessly to achieve the best clinical outcomes for me (a patient with a painful dental history) while putting my comfort first in all they do. I really couldn't believe my good fortune to cross paths with Dr. Harp recently, a skilled and caring clinician who knows her stuff backwards and forwards. I have known Daphne for years in this practice and always appreciated her personal and professional manner. Daphne and Dr. Harp make you WANT to go to the dentist. OK, not really, but if you DO need a great dental team, they are second to none!
I’m so glad I gave Sunrise Dental in Chapel Hill a try! This was my first visit, and I came in based on a referral from a former colleague. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, and that great experience continued with the dental hygienist and the doctor. The level of care was excellent, and I felt very well taken care of. If you’re searching for a dentist, I definitely recommend Sunrise Dental.
Always have great experiences here. Today, Kathy did my cleaning and was fantastically gentle. Dr. Harp is very empathetic and made sure I was comfortable throughout a filling. If you have dentist trauma, I highly recommend this practice where they truly care about your comfort and well-being. It’s changed how I feel about going to the dentist and I’m no longer nervous!
