I struggled to leave my apartment with my dog but Molly Maid’s workers were understanding and polite. I left the workers to work in my apartment for about an hour. when i got back there were so many special touches that showed attention to detail. my floors were spotless and smelled fresh. my rug had been vacuumed thoroughly and my loveseat’s pillows were neatly propped on the arms of my loveseat. my kitchen sink and bathroom sinks shined brightly, as did both bathtubs, and my bed was freshly made up. the general feeling was cleanliness and order, making it nothing but a pleasure to come home.

I have a great team that comes biweekly. I love all the little extras they do that make it feel like I’m in a hotel…the way the rearrange the pillow and blankets, make flowers and bows on top of the tissues, and always make my house so clean!

For the most part for the past 20+ years we have been satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and the professionalism of those cleaning. We did like it better when we had one consistent team and consistent time, but understand that is not always possible.
