UPDATE: The manager reached out to me today and was extremely apologetic. Offered me a discount and was truly making every effort possible to make things right. I don't have an issue with the providers there or the services I received -- but I'll be staying away from any subscription offers!The service providers are great! However, the issue I have had (twice now!) is with the subscription plans they offer. I signed up a few years ago and all was good for the first 6 months or so. Then it seemed like there were a bunch of "conditions" that were applied if I wanted to use the subscription benefits, so I terminated. You think I would have learned my lesson! I’ve been going to this location off and on for 2+ years and haven’t had a bad experience yet! Sometimes booking on the site is wonky, but I’m usually able to call and get something booked in a reasonable time (often I get voicemail first but so long as I leave a detailed message, staff responds within 24 hours and are always helpful). I usually get a deep tissue by Ms. Pil who’s incredibly thorough and skilled, and just had Mr. Mitchell for the first time today and oh my god was it magical. Shona gave me the most wonderful facial! So relaxing and peaceful. My skin looked incredible afterwards. Even my husband commented on how wonderful my skin looked.Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.
