First time back to yoga after a hiatus for several years. The facility was very clean and Dawn (our instructor) made me feel very welcome in the class. It was challenging, but left me feeling accomplished afterwards. Will be back!

FBY studio is great!! The Power Flow and Weights classes are truly challenging and leave you feeling grounded (and exhausted). The community is kind and supportive, and it’s a place I genuinely look forward to showing up to. The instructors are all talented, each with their own style, so every class feels different. And the cushy floors… IYKYK.

Where to begin? I have been a member of Feel Better Yoga for two years. I’ve had the opportunity to take classes with a variety of practitioners, each of whom bring their own special sauce to class. The Owner, Shelley Roupas, sets the tone with a kind warm spirit and practical knowledge of neuroscience The environment is so welcoming; a place where people linger to talk and where one undoubtedly makes new friends.
