“The dry cleaning is always great.Only complaint is the staff at the Chapel Hill store is very unfriendly and Ill informed.I recently asked the young man behind the counter what the Thursday special was. He pointed to the sign and says "there it is" even though the sign had little details.The turnover at this office is very high. Rarely see the same person twice.That and the lack of training may explain the poor customer service.“
“The owner is phenomenal and such a kind, wonderful woman. She has-- on numerous occasions-- saved me by getting garments cleaned with impeccable turn around time. Today, I purchased a dress from Uniquities down the street for a discounted price due to a missing button. I took the dress in and within 3 minutes, the button was replaced at no charge, despite my repeated attempts to pay her. A lovely chapel hill institution that deserves to be cherished for years to come!“
