Carolina Spine Specialists - Governors Village offers a comprehensive range of chiropractic and pain management services. With locations in Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, they provide chiropractic care, laser therapy, shock wave therapy, massage therapy, and upcoming spinal decompression therapy.

The staff is described as fabulous, particularly Dr. McCauley and Dr. Sean, who is known for being personable, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Patients report significant improvements in their pain levels, including back pain radiating to their legs, after receiving regular decompression and adjustment treatments. Dr. McCauley is praised for listening carefully to patients and explaining his approach using visual aids like an anatomy book and models.

The office is clean and organized, with a front desk team that is always helpful and friendly. When a patient indicated they were in significant pain, the doctor rearranged the schedule to fit them in quickly and provided a detailed explanation of their condition along with a follow-up email outlining a treatment plan. Patients express great confidence in the practice’s ability to provide effective care and have noted improvement even after their first visit.
