All staff were very friendly and patient with my questions.I only gave 4 stars bc the check-in / check-out area is very congested. I also found it frustrating that I had to contact the clinic to set up my patient portal. Seems like this should automatically be done or instructions provide up front on this process.

My first visit to the office for myself today…finally got that full body scan done and it’s reassuring know at this point I have nothing to worry about. They were professional from start to finish. Front desk did have a little bit of a back up but the ladies were calm and cool and helpful to all . The medical assistant and PA I saw explained everything and were very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this practice .

check in was very easy and the woman behind the counters were very kind!I waited about 2 minutes until I was called. The person who checked me in was very attentive, caring and really helped me give her the right information to prep for seeing the dermatologist!I saw Angelica Brewer and she was SO great. I never want to see a different dermatologist. I’m very picky with doctors and she immediately made me feel like I could just trust her. Very rare for me. She was very compassionate, seemed to actually care about me, knowledgeable, excited to give me reccomendations, not pushy, and listened. I did not feel rushed.
