Installers were very efficient and hardworking. Very polite and respectful of our home. Made the whole experience of having our furnace and air conditioning replaced a smooth easy process. Cleaned up and patiently answered all our questions
Aaron and Kevin we’re on time and very polite and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and they did it. They both put shoe covers on prior to walking through my home. I was quite satisfied with the Service that I received. I inadvertently clicked on Water Heater and couldn’t correct it. They did a full maintenance on my Air Conditioner and a spring check of my Furnace.
I called Superior, they answered the phone. I had called 3 before and no one answered. They got me an appointment the same day and I got the nicest service tech. His name was Steve Nash. On time, super helpful, gave great options and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
