We bought the maintenance plan to go with it and every six months they’re here taking care of any of my needs, regarding furnace and air conditioning.Recently, we had a mini split put in our sunroom in we our very, very happy with it!The entire group of people there starting with Randi, who answers the phone, to Jason, Jim, Scott and all the guys that have worked at the house have been great to work with! “I’ve been using Jacob’s Ladder since the great flood of 2014 when Jacob came quickly and was able to get my hot water heater started. I was very grateful. They have always been prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. I don’t think you could ask for better service. Update 3/23/24 I had a technician Daniel trying to get my hot water heater working. We ended up having to replace it with a new one but I was very confident that everything possible was done prior to that recommendation.
