They were closed for a legal holiday but when I explained my issue to Matt he patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue for over a half hour without billing anything. I ended up scheduling him to come out next week for maintenance but I'm still blown away that he spent over a half hour with me, someone who's never used their service and at that point was not a customer.“

We contacted Levine and Sons and not only did they say they could send someone today, but their technician arrived three hours earlier than promised. They quickly assessed the situation, found a replacement tank and installed it. Our plumbing to the tank wasn't up to code, so theybfixed that too! Very impressed with their efficient and high quality work, as well as their professionalism. Highly recommend!“
