Very informative and professional. Columbus explained everything. Highly recommend him and your company.
I was very impressed by the service I received when my AC stopped working. Jeff came out and did a thorough investigation including having to go up in the attic. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem and came up with the solution that I felt confident in his knowledge and honesty. He explained the problem to me thoroughly and felt that I was in good hands. Will call Great Dane with any future problems!
