“It was a great experience working with the Stocks. Our old geo thermal unit went out on us in the middle of winter. They went out of their way to make it over that day. You can feel from first meeting they are good honest people which when u call a new hvac repair company over on short notice is a breath of fresh air. “Our A/C unit was not working and called Comfort King. They promptly returned our call and let us know they were swamped and 2 weeks out. This was not the end of the conversation. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check. We did fix the unit but will be calling them if we have issues in the future. Great customer service!“
