“Great experience at RAMP. My knee has been sore lately after engaging in sports but there is nothing structurally wrong with it. Brian tested my leg/knee strength and found a weakness in a muscle I had never heard of. He then gave me a list of exercises I can do to strengthen the area.“

The trainers are incredible and always push you during every work out. I love the sense that you are getting personal training in a group format. The workouts are always fun and challenging and go by SO fast. It's incredible how great of a workout you can get in 45 minutes. I love that the format changes daily so you aren't always doing the same workouts. If you're looking for a new gym I totally recommend you give f45 a shot. Even during COVID they have always made me feel safe coming in for workouts.“
