Hello Fellow Fitness Enthusiasts!If you are serious about getting into the "your" best shape, you can't go wrong with Lazet and The Life Center Private Fitness Facility. I lost 20 pounds in approximately 6 months. I am able to keep those extra pounds off by working out with Lazet and her team 3 days a week and making healthy meal choices. You can have the same results. You are not too old to get in shape. The best way to combat the signs of aging is to get fit and make healthy food choices. I am proud to admit that I am 62 years old. I am asked regularly if I am in my 30's (which of course I answer YES!).Thanks, Lazet!
