“Woke up to a furnace problem on a 2 degrees morning , called a few places, Denmark was the only company to answer. Talked to Samantha who was very helpful and was able to squeeze us in that day. She kept us updated throughout the day of his eta. Cass was our technician, and he couldn't have been better. Talked to us about several issues we had and answered MANY questions very patiently. When he was done, the furnace is running better than it has in a few years. Wish we would have called earlier. Denmark is now our preferred H & C company and we will request Cass every time. Thanks for the help!“

Moving from Washington state was already so stressful, but when I bought a house here to find out the water heater and furnace were shot and leaking everywhere while not knowing ANYBODY to help fix it, I was so incredibly stressed. “I did a good amount of research before selecting Prime Time Heating & Cooling to replace the two furnaces in our new house. Hiring this company was a great decision. As often comes w the terrirory when purchasing a house/moving, I've dealt with several contractors (for all sorts of different house-related matters) in a short period. Nobody offers the level of customer service that Prime Time does. There is something so comforting in knowing Kevin (owner) and his team are the people standing behind/in support of our furnaces. Kevin and the crew are a rare breed - so genuinely nice to work with. I'm an A-type personality, laced with lots of anxiety, which often results in my asking lots of questions and having lots of concerns. Kevin makes himself so accessible, and always makes a point to make me feel heard, validated, and takes his time to thoroughly explain options, mechanics, solutions, whatever it is (and he does so in a way that clients can actually understand). “I want to write a review on the repair man Ilir. I was able to catch him leaving the parking lot and explain to him we had no air , mind you it's 80° outside. he had his truck in drive and he put it back in park and came in and fixed my air. It wasn't a little five minute fix, it took him a minute to fix our air. He was so kind and so thorough and helpful. He didn't have to do that considering the office was closed I would've had to wait till tomorrow to let them know my air was off then, wait for him to come back out on another day. So potentially we would've been out of service out of air for at least 3 to 5 days. So, what he did was so thoughtful and I really appreciate you taking the time to help us he's a good man. thank you.“
