I can't even tell you how much of a relief it was having James recommended to us! Moving from Washington state was already so stressful, but when I bought a house here to find out the water heater and furnace were shot and leaking everywhere while not knowing ANYBODY to help fix it, I was so incredibly stressed. Not only did James come out quickly, but he was also VERY honest and VERY affordable. He also checked my gas lines and installed what was needed. I still can't believe how fast he was. He even made a special trip back out to help with my dryer stuff! Thank you, James!!!

My furnace was acting up and I didn’t know what to do so I called in to see if someone could come out. I spoke to Tim on the phone who, out of the kindness of his heart gave me detailed directions on how to fix my furnace myself. With Tim’s guidance it has worked without a hitch and he has made a lifelong customers out of this household!

My hot water tank gave up the ghost on Christmas eve and the owner Tim responded immediately and promised to have it swapped out on 12/26. His tech, James, showed up on time and had the new one installed in 90 minutes. James was excellent and cleaned everything up like it never happened. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again if needed for anything related to heating cooling and hot water tanks.
