I want to write a review on the repair man Ilir. I was able to catch him leaving the parking lot and explain to him we had no air , mind you it's 80° outside. he had his truck in drive and he put it back in park and came in and fixed my air. It wasn't a little five minute fix, it took him a minute to fix our air. He was so kind and so thorough and helpful. He didn't have to do that considering the office was closed I would've had to wait till tomorrow to let them know my air was off then, wait for him to come back out on another day. I would 100 percent recommend this company. They were able to go and replace my furnace almost immediately. The guys installing it were extremely professional and very nice. They are also installing our central air. I will be using them again when I need to replace the water heater. Good work and most important honest and shows up when they say they will.
Very Honest company!!! Doug is a master when it comes to HVAC/R. Had the pleasure of working for the company for a year and I learned so much! They also installed a furnace and AC for my Aunt and did an AMAZING JOB. True professionals!!
