“Our AC stopped working during the heat wave and they responded within 20 minutes with an appointment for the next day on Saturday which we were grateful for. He was punctual, kind, and took the time to explain what he was and wasn't seeing. He figured out the issue was a dead pump and he replaced it quickly. He didn't try to upcharge me in any way and even explained why I didn't need to do more expensive work (I was worried about the fan motor noise, which resolved when he fixed the pump). Lastly, he was kind of enough to also replace an outdoor pipe that I asked about last minute, which saved me money on the diagnostic fee for having someone come out again. Overall amazing customer service and work, would hire again.“
