Zivko, the owner of Payless Plumbing, has done work for us a couple of times, and he has been outstanding. We have a 1940s Cape Cod, so it has its idiosyncratic plumbing issues… he has repaired a leaky bathroom faucet, as well as snaked a stubborn drain in our laundry room utility sink. Zivko replied very promptly to our requests, and not only did he fix the problems, but he took the time to explain to us what he was doing, as well as troubleshoot related issues with us. Beyond, that, he’s one of the friendliest people I have met, and he was absolutely lovely with our dog, who was very sad to see him go. Highly recommend!

Inspection day came and… read full review

I don’t get the bad reviews cause this guy was excellent. We had a water line that busted right before a long trip so time was of the essence. I rang up and the gentleman was able to come right out the same day and work the issue. His communication was stellar and he explained everything from start to finish, which is how I like it. Extremely thorough. The price was fair and reasonable given the time frame, and he made it known what the costs would be up front which were agreed upon before the work was done. The gentleman is a honest and hardworking man. I wish I had gotten his name before he left but in any event, he’s definitely one to keep on call. Couldn’t… read full review
