Jay is honest, very knowledgeable, always tries to help and charges a reasonable price. Jeremy and his helper did a fantastic job installing the new AC. He always kept customers informed, was very reliable and his price was good. Jeremy provided a portable AC until he could get to installation of the new system.

Jay and Complete Comfort saved me from being essentially scammed by an unnamed big-brand service. I got an astronomical quote to replace my AC system, so much so that when I called Jay and told him, he said he was the most sticker shocked he's been in a while. He then gave me a great quote, agreed to replace the system, stopped by, and did the install with his team in one week. The install was great, he showed me throughout the process the condition of the furnace, the blower fan, and what the new components are for the AC. He cleaned the blower fan that was caked with dust too!

Highly recommend. Jeremy was fast to respond. He had a cancelation and was able to squeeze us in earlier, which we greatly appreciated. He was polite and respectful, took pictures of his work and his price was right on par for the work he did. Thanks Jeremy, you're now our go to guy for heating and cooling.
