“My experience with John C Flood has been exceptional. We've had several jobs completed by them. I appreciate the availability of their technicians and especially Eric, who is like an investigator. We've had some unique plumbing issues and out of 5 companies and many technicians, he is the first that really took the time to fact find and discover our issue (after years of asking others). I would highly recommend them and use their services again.”
“The techs arrived on time, they were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.”
“Ramesh helped us out over the summer with an AC issue and we were so grateful! He handled our frustrating city parking (another company ended up canceling our appointment entirely because they couldn’t find parking), was reliable, professional, and got our AC back up and running as quickly as he could. He even spotted a few other minor issues, but put no pressure on us and said to follow up in a few months if we were interested. Highly recommend!”
