I what I thought had a capacitor fail and at my rental property in the middle of a heat wave, called up 3 other larger companies and they all wanted to charge me $700-$1000 to come out (the part is $30 and takes 15 minutes to replace) Their response was that its a scam and they wouldn't charge 1/5th that price.
