“Stefan and his team did a great job, not only with the install but also the process of walking us through our options and helping us understand the right fit for needs. They were professional, responsive and went above and beyond.”
“What an amazing professional to work with and so incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and made me feel confident with my hot water heater replacement. I strongly recommend Pablo Zapata German & Zapatas!”
“This is really about the art of the possible. Our realtor recommended Jeremy and Complete Comfort. We thought changing locations of the AC unit to accomodate a patio, make less noise and maybe even replace the entire 2010 HVAC system, was too outlandish and cost prohibitive to be feasible. We had just paid electricians to add ceiling fans to the upstairs rooms because the 2010 system could not cool the house. He thought well outside the box and even said we could flip the inside unit around because it was technically facing the wrong way, and move it over two feet to make more room in our cramped utility room.
He gave us multiple creative options and the price was more than reasonable, with the Ferrari of the HVAC world, Carrier. Note that other estimates told us we could not do various pieces, it was cost prohibitive, Carrier is too expensive, blah blah blah.
Jeremy and his crew far exceeded our expectations. The AC unit is now out of the way (and patio extends under where the old unit was), the new system looks really cool, the house is now actually cool (they even turned the fan speed down) and we have a lot more space in the utility room (photo shows outline of old unit). They even re-routed piping to be more efficient and accessible. I can now reach the sump pump without crouching around the furnace to get to it. I cannot emphasize enough how improved everything is.
Finally, Jeremy and his crew are very professional, attentive, answered all my dumb questions and are just nice people. Highly recommend.”
