The Family has employed IG HVAC for decades. As usual, the follow through from magnificent. My 92 YO Mom lost her heat. Paul made an extra effort to come by very late in the afternoon to diagnose our furnace problem. And then he made an extra effort to pick up the part and fix the furnace all in less hen 24 hours. The whole office made the repair quickly and smoothly.

Excellent in every way. This includes advice about options for heating, AC and water heating. More than ample time was spent on several occasions to explain recommended HVAC units, cost, warranties, and maintenance requirements. All promises were kept, installation and removal of old units went smoothly as planned without any issues, documentation was provided as planned for all units. Better options, more knowledge and experience and longer warranties than were found by other contractors were provided. Service was prompt and Ian Goldman was always available by phone, text message and e-mail.

I want to thank Ian Goldman for my wonderful experience in purchasing my new air conditioner unit. Ian is very knowledgeable, honest and fair. I really appreciated that he answered all my questions and I valued his opinion. You don't find many companies like his around. I would recommend IG, HVAC if you are looking for a great company for your HVAC needs.
