Alex, junior and Henry were profesional, courteous and diligent in replacing our HVAC system. They worked hard and listened to my requests and explained what they needed when required. Amazing service. Heat stopped working Sunday at 11:30 pm, I called a got a live person that took my info. At 7:45 the following morning I received a call telling me a technician was coming between 10 and 2. At 10:30 the technician arrived and fixed the problem.
I love B&B. They just replaced my AC AND furnace. Done perfectly in 2 days. It was a fair price as well.
