Bought a new heat pump a few months ago. Presidential performed as promised (wait for an unavailable part, cosmetic, but came and installed as promised). Service has been good-their techs seem to know what they are doing and explain everything and take pictures to document. I signed up for service and a 10 year labor warranty because I think they will continue to perform.
Macai was very polite and on time ( he actually got here a little early but I saw him wait patiently in his car until the scheduled time) . Very clean and offered additional services without pressure.
