Great technicians. It’s wonderful to find a technician who genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping the customer. I highly recommend German Gonzalez for anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable HVAC service. I will definitely call him again for my future heating and air conditioning needs!

Presidential HVAC, Germantown,
MD, send an excellent technician, a Mr. Silva, to my house to start my A/C unit on 8/20, which wasn’t functioning. I’m giving 4 stars because Presidential HVAC, Germantown, did the work well, but they are expensive.
The problem turned out to be a clogged drain line at the furnace in my basement.
Mr. Silva fixed the problem (eliminated the clog in drain line), quickly and efficiently. I asked a lot of questions about the process and Mr. Silva answered all of them knowledgeably. Thank you.
