On day of service team was on time and professional. They took care not to damage anything, cleaned as they went, and ensured all was in order when they left. “I highly recommend Perfectum Plumbing and the owner Vadim.

We had a hot water heater replaced and our pipes were filled with silt which needed to be flushed out.

Vadim undercut the other plumber quote by over 50%. In addition to coming up with a very reasonable quote he was able to do the quote and the work all in the same day!

He was very thorough and efficient. Vadim was also very good at explaining what he was doing and showing exactly what needed to be done. His customer service skills are impeccable.

After many years of dealing with contractors I can honestly say that he was a welcome change.

After being without hot water for a week he was also a calming and reassuring presence to have.

I was also very pleased to know that the company does other work aside from plumbing. It is a great resource for any homeowner.
