“I believe it was Dr Patel (my eyesight is so bad without contacts I'm not actually sure who has been seeing me and I'm terrible with names), but whoever she was has been super kind. When I came in a year early she insisted on refunding me even though they had already done everything and still gave me a full checkup. The one downside is there is usually a fairly long wait in the exam room itself, but I think that is the result of giving each patient as long as they need, rather than rushing them out the door, so it is worth it. A genuine thank you to the kind doctors and staff!“

“Dr. Brodak is great lol I never want to change eye doctors if possible. Explains everything he’s doing and why. Appointments are quick but never rushed. I feel that he genuinely cares everytime I go to his office. I didn’t get the front desk staffs name but they are also kind. I forgot I wanted to submit my receipt for reimbursement from my insurance and when I called them and asked if it was possible to email it to me, they didn’t hesitate to say yes and send it to me. Thank you !“

“100% personally recommend Dr. Golriz and her team. They are perfectly organized and I did not wait a minute before being tested and then examined by Dr.Golriz. Very professional and thorough . Anthony will show you options (if needed) for glasses but no pressure or rush-compared to other places, where you barely make it out without a purchase. A family owned business and you truly feel that. Will bring the rest of my family there for certain!“

“By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday“

She was very kind to my children, shared very resourceful information on how to get further help and treatment for my youngest who has a very strong prescription.
