The doctor I saw, Gregory Lawrence, was patient with my questions and conducted a thorough exam. He could have sold me glasses. But instead he said I could use standard reading glasses.As impressive were the administrative staff. They called in advance of my appointment to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover the exam. Taking that extra step meant I could resolve a problem with my insurance coverage before my appointment.Everyone is kind, attentive, and patient. The environment is comfortable. Be mindful -- if you cannot walk stairs, you will need to go elsewhere. The exam rooms are up a flight of stairs.

I rarely leave reviews, in fact I think this may be my first one. Christina the optician is fantastic. I came in with a pair of glasses bent out of shape and she diligently took on the task of getting them back to where they needed to be with a determined precision and warm personable service.

My family went to get our annual eyes check. Our 3 year old son also had his first eye check here. Although it was our first time, we felt very comfortable with the doctor. He was very VERY patient as well doing the eye check on a 3 yr old.Aside from the doctor, the entire staff was nice and approachable. They were responsive in the email AND also made sure I had my glasses ready for our vacation. I understand that ordering lenses and getting the lenses cut all takes time. So of course I wasn't expecting to have my glasses in time for my trip. BUT I got a call from Alejandro and OMG he got my glasses ready THE day of our trip.
