I have been struggling with finding an appointment with an ophthalmology place for an emergency I’m having with my eyes, they were able to make time for me two days from the time I called. Which was yesterday. I go tomorrow and I’m so grateful and relieved I no longer have to wait for November for Medstar opthamology.
Karen provided excellent customer service. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me guidance. She ensured I had the prescription and was on the phone with me to confirm I received it. I recommend her as valuable staff.
Excellent work all around. Beginning with Stephanie Flores, she really went above and beyond to get my daughter scheduled in a timely fashion. Martha at the front desk really saw me having troubles at the check in tablet and came over offer assistance with out me having to ask. When I did not know what to expect she walked me through the whole process. Bravo to August. As I was being checked out and completing my purchase I saw how he was able to deescalate a situation that was occurring with someone else.
