Great experience today selecting glasses at Warby Parker. Was a fun and easy experience. They accepted my insurance so I was able to get a free pair + paid a very reasonable price for a second pair. Customer care was excellent. I'll be coming back here with my prescription from now on!
We have been to Warby Parker before and had good experiences. Our sales person, Jesse was excellent and made our buying experience smooth and pleasant. He showed us the various frame types that he recommended and also describe the different lenses, etc..We are pleased with the excellent service we received, and would recommend Warby Parker to friends and family
Terrific shopping and buying experience. The staff were super attentive and helpful, but also answered all my questions as this was my first pair of WPs. I even needed to return a pair and they were fantastic about it.
