After all, we only get one pair of them. They have such a huge variety of glasses to choose from. I'm absolutely in love with that. Dr. Thompson also is very engaging and personable with me and I greatly appreciate that. I may only see her once a year but I greatly appreciate it and everything her office does for us, she's phenomenal. So elated I found someone with a genuine passion for their job. While my original frames didn't land up working out, Kevin was quick to assist me in exchanging it for a frame that was better suited for my face and high prescription. Every time my husband and I have come in, the staff has always been very welcoming and personable. Glad to have such a great staff so close by!“
“This place is a godsend! I have been all over town to get my glasses properly adjusted. I went in yesterday, and in 5 minutes, they did the adjustment and it’s perfect! Once you go there, you will never want to go to any retail type optical. I will be getting my next pair of glasses here. It doesn’t take long to see they are experienced professionals.“
“I scheduled an eye exam and intended to purchase new frames. This was my first visit to Lens Crafters. I have been a loyal customer of one of their competitors but decided to give them a try by recommendation. I was delighted with everything, including the staff. You're acknowledged as soon as you come in. Everyone was amicable and very knowledgeable about the products. Eric explained the pre-examination test step by step and what each test was for. Dr. Lee was great, and she took her time, asked questions, and explained every step of the way. I selected a pair of frames before sitting with Faith. She selected another pair that fit my face much better, and I fell in love with them. She definitely knows the products and what may be best for the customer. Overall the team there is fantastic. I will be back at this location for my next exam.“

“All military service members should take advantage of these benefits that we sometimes take for granted and never use. The optical store has all the normal eyeglass frames, a few sunglasses and they offer the expected services of any optical shop. But what you probably don't know is that they also fix stuff for free! And on the spot if they're not busy. I walked in with a pair of sunglasses with a broken nose piece. The nice lady fixed it before I could walk around the little store and when I asked her how much she smiled at me and said this is what they do and this is why they are here. Thank you!!!“
