“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Warby Parker at DC’s Union Station, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. As the founder of a 501(c)(3) focused on homelessness and human trafficking (The h3 Project), I brought in a client who has been experiencing homelessness and hadn’t had a pair of glasses in over 10 years. His eyesight was very poor, and this visit was crucial for him.

From the moment we walked in, Shaina and the team went above and beyond to make him feel welcomed. They encouraged him to explore the different frame options and took the time to ensure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was heartwarming to see him leave feeling empowered, having been treated with dignity and respect every step of the way.

I’ve visited this store numerous times and have consistently witnessed the same level of high-class service extended to every customer. Even though I don’t currently need eyeglasses, I can confidently say that when I do, there will be no other store I consider.

“My Spy eyeglass frame broke recently and I needed to find a quick and budget friendly solution. I purchased a replacement frame online and needed to find a optical shop that would put the lenses into the frame (I tried doing it my self first - not a smart move). I called my MyEyeDr location and they told they couldn't do it because I didn't purchase the frames with them. This location gave me a same day appt. I've never visited an Apex shop and was pleasantly surprised with the frame options - they carry Silhouette which is one of the brands I've used in the past. My old prescription lenses were put in to the new frame very quickly. The gentleman that helped me also made sure that the frame sat straight in my face.
