My first visit to this center was pretty good- it was 2 hours all in all but I was seen fairly quickly & everyone was friendly-I was glad that the call before that appointment included getting my insurance was automatically populated into the check in portion on the computer. The only thing it was missing was no one introduced themselves. That would have been nice. Also, the Dr. Wrote me a prescription when I only Need 1.25 in readers. I’m not spending $ on that!This second visit was less busy & everyone introduced themselves & I really liked Dr. Banual-He wasn’t the same Dr I saw Before & he was really great. I visited them well over a month ago for an exam and glasses. To this day I have yet to receive them or a status of where they are. Called back multiple times (3 times today) and continue to get the runaround, hung up on, and no answers.However, I will give a shoutout to the crew at their Fenton location. Their customer service should take notes!Update: I have my glasses now! They reached out to sincerely apologize and resolve the situation. They also offered a free pair. I will be back- but will leave my review at 3 stars due to the communication issues.
My appt was at University Blvd and Carroll Ave location. Everyone was nice and respectful and there was limited wait time. I would like to shout out Jocelyn who was especially kind.
