I had an outstanding experience on my first ever visit to a Warby Parker store. I wanted a particular pair of non-prescription sunglasses,. I had a photo of them. I was led to them quickly, options were offered with that particular frame. I store rep helped me with frame size. The pair I wanted was in stock, the purchase was straight forward, no hyerbole about anything else Warby Parker. Return policy explained, adjusted policy explained. A seamless experience! Good on you Warby Parker.

Then notice a sport sunglass and bought them on the spot with an upgraded case - salesperson was quick and entire experience was excellent. Love the material bag I got to carry everything I bought today -- it is a keeper.
