I’ve been waiting for an optometrist to return to this location after Dr Sasser left for other professional endeavors and MANNNNNNN Dr Dreka Williams is amazing! So glad she’s here! Caring, kind, patient and compassionately courteous! ?????
The process here was fantastic! For my first time experiencing a LensCrafters, I was pleasantly surprised. Jay provided excellent customer service and insight. I will surely be back again for any future frames, or lens purchases.
Jay was amazing and friendly!!!!I went to this location for the first time and Dr.Williams was nice and thorough . Jay paid great attention to what I needed. He walked me through choosing the perfect pair of glasses and only then did I realize I've been wearing the wrong size of glasses all my life lol . Thank you for making my experience a great one.I totally recommend this location
