We had a great experience here recently that was solely due to the unwavering commitment and positivity of Dawn, one of the lead employees. She spent 90 minutes on the phone with our insurance company to correct a silly mistake that was preventing my partner from getting the glasses she needed. She didn’t have to do this. She easily could’ve shrugged it off and told us to figure it out ourselves, like most people would, but instead she took it upon herself because she felt that it was important to advocate for her customers. The manager Nelson and Nicky (I hope I spelled that right) are ANGELS. My glasses were in desperate need of adjusting and another LensCrafters had brushed me off and sent me on my way. These two had them fixed within ten minutes and were so incredibly kind!!! I’ll be coming here in the future for sure!

The location on Arlington Road in downtown Bethesda is awesome. Rosanna has been helping me fir the past few years and she is so kind an very thorough when she places the orders. I really appreciate her and her service.
