I'm *really* glad I found this place (while searching for anyone who took Aetna Vision insurance). I don't think I've ever visited an office with a friendlier or more helpful staff and optometrist. They really project competence and honesty; I knew I was getting a through and genuine run-down of my issues and options. (I thought my lenses were great, but Dr Keppner showed how my vision could be improved and I'm already surprised I didn't realize the problem.) I haven't done much comparison shopping, but I'm pretty sure my costs for contact lenses + replacement lenses for eyeglasses were lower than I've paid elsewhere. I had an appointment with Dr/Mr Kepner and my experience was 10/10. He took his time to examine my eyes and explain every step and process to me. I have found my new yearly optometrist. I highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to Dr. Kepner and his team for a long overdue, post-pandemic eye exam and I'm very pleased with the service they delivered. Dr. Kepner is patient and knowledgeable; I very much appreciate his thorough examination and the questions he asked to ensure he had all the necessary information to address my eye condition. He offered a variety of solutions to the concerns I raised and was very patient in helping me decide the best alternative.
