We had a hot water heater replaced and our pipes were filled with silt which needed to be flushed out.
Vadim undercut the other plumber quote by over 50%. In addition to coming up with a very reasonable quote he was able to do the quote and the work all in the same day!
He was very thorough and efficient. Vadim was also very good at explaining what he was doing and showing exactly what needed to be done. His customer service skills are impeccable.

Vadim and the team at Perfectum were highly recommended by my good friend and a next door neighbor. Both my friend and my neighbor have trusted them for many years, and they absolutely lived up to the recommendation. When I needed my old water heater to be replaced, Vadim was prompt and got to my house in a couple of days with a new water heater!
During the installation, Vadim and Peter discovered several plumbing code violations that had been overlooked for years and corrected every one of them. They installed the new water heater, shutoff valve, expansion tank, and pressure reducing valve, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Perfectum was highly recommended in a local Facebook group, and now I understand why. They recently completed several plumbing repairs at my home in Montgomery Village, MD. When my basement sewage ejector pump failed and flooded the basement, Vadim and Peter arrived quickly, immediately diagnosed the problem, and explained that the sewage ejector pump had failed. They went out, purchased a new pump and installed it the same day.
