A.E.C. Heating & Cooling, LLC provides quality service at reasonable prices. Customers had wonderful experiences with the team, who were professional, respectful, and clean. The team quickly gave options, worked with schedules, and answered all questions. When something wasn't quite right, they came back the same day to fix it. They replaced broken gas furnaces and heat pumps with new Lennox systems, making the whole process quick and easy. Estimates were worked up via email, and work was scheduled within a week, even close to Christmas. The team did a thorough job cleaning up and explained all the work in detail. They did not push a sell and gave thoughtful recommendations. They even took off the chimney liner from the bill because it wasn't needed. For an unexpected AC issue, they came on short notice and fixed everything. Being on a maintenance plan with them, they warned customers ahead of time of what to expect. Customers are very pleased with their work and will continue to use and recommend them to neighbors and friends. The new systems work great and keep houses feeling much more comfortable.
AEC did a fantastic job installing a mini split in our bedroom! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Alfred and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, and worked efficiently. They took care to keep the work area clean and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The mini split works great and has made a huge difference in comfort. Highly recommend AEC for any HVAC needs!
We had a wonderful experience with Alfred and team. We purchased a home in December and a few months later realized our heat pump was kaput. Alfred quicky gave us the options, worked with our schedule to get the installation done as quickly as possible, and he and his team were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all my questions. When something wasn't quite right, Alfred came back the same day I reached out to fix it.
Alfred, Riah, and the whole A.E.C. team were incredible. We had a broken 13 year old gas furnace replaced with a new Lennox system and A.E.C. made the whole process quick and easy. I reached out using their online form and Alfred worked up a preliminary estimate via email and came out to take a look at the scope of work. We were able to have the work scheduled within a week of the estimate which was even more impressive since it was so close to Christmas. After the job was finished, Alfred took the time to explain all the work they did, and the team did a thorough job cleaning up. Highly recommend A.E.C.!
